Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Bondyr account and all associated data at any time. This page exists so anyone — including those who have uninstalled the app — can request deletion without needing to log back in.
In the app
If you can still log in, the fastest path is from inside the app:
- Open Bondyr and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
By email
Email delete@bondyr.com from the address linked to your account with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll confirm and process the deletion within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (display name, photos, bio, skills, location).
- All swipes, likes, matches and applications.
- All messages and chat attachments you sent.
- Push notification tokens.
- Your authentication identity (email/password, Google link).
What we keep
- Payment and invoice records — kept for 10 years to comply with Moroccan tax law.
- Anonymized abuse reports filed against your account, if any.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Backups roll off within 30 days.
