Bondyr only works if both sides feel safe. Here's how we protect the marketplace and what we ask of you.

Verification

• Employer accounts go through business verification before they can post jobs at scale.
• Candidates can verify identity for a trust badge that's visible to employers.
• Verified accounts get a badge — they don't get extra access to your private data.

What we don't allow

• Fake employer profiles or ghost job listings.
• Soliciting payments from candidates ("pay to apply", "training fee", etc.).
• Discrimination based on gender, religion, origin, disability or marital status.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech or sexual content.
• Sharing another user's personal data outside the platform.
• MLM, pyramid schemes, or any unlawful work.

Report and block

Every profile and chat has a Report and Block option in the three-dot menu. Reports go to our moderation team and are reviewed within 48 hours. Blocked users immediately stop seeing you and can't message you.

What happens after a report

• We review the reported account and conversation history.
• Severe violations result in immediate suspension and removal.
• Borderline cases get a warning; repeat offences result in a ban.
• Illegal activity is referred to the relevant Moroccan authorities.

Stay safe off-platform

• Never pay anyone to apply or interview. Real jobs are free to apply for.
• Hold first interviews on a video call before sharing your CV in detail.
• Verify a company's address and registration before signing anything.
• Trust your instincts — if something feels off, block and report.
