1. Who we are
Bondyr is a hiring platform operated from Morocco that connects job seekers and employers through a swipe-to-match interface.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Employer accounts must represent a real, lawful business.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under them.
- You agree to provide accurate information about yourself or your company.
- One person, one account. Impersonation, fake employer profiles and ghost listings are prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against other users.
- Post misleading job listings or solicit money from candidates.
- Scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to overload the platform.
- Use Bondyr to recruit for unlawful work, MLM schemes or fraudulent operations.
- Share another user's personal data outside the platform without consent.
5. Content you provide
You retain ownership of your profile content, photos and messages. By posting on Bondyr you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display this content as needed to operate the service.
6. Matches, applications and chats
A "match" means both parties have shown mutual interest. Bondyr does not guarantee that any match will lead to an interview, an offer or a hire. Conversations and offers happen between users; Bondyr is not a party to any employment relationship.
7. Premium plans and credits
- Premium subscriptions and credit packs are charged in MAD via YouCan Pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the period ends.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with applicable consumer law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, impersonate others, post fraudulent listings, or harm the safety of other users. You may close your account at any time — see Delete account.
9. Disclaimer
Bondyr is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will meet every expectation, be uninterrupted, or guarantee employment outcomes.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, Bondyr's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Casablanca.
